RansomHouse has published what it claims is sensitive, proprietary information stolen from Luxshare Precision Industry Co. Ltd., a key supplier in Apple's global manufacturing chain.
The data dump, released on the group’s leak site, includes engineering files, circuit board layouts, and confidential project documents allegedly tied to Apple and other major tech firms.
The exposed materials were published in multiple “evidence packs,” some of which are described as containing confidential 3D CAD models, mechanical drawings, Parasolid files, and printed circuit board manufacturing data. RansomHouse claims the archives also contain proprietary files from other high-profile companies, such as NVIDIA, Tesla, LG, and Geely, suggesting that Luxshare’s development and design documentation for these clients may have been compromised.

Luxshare Precision Industry Co. Ltd. is a prominent Chinese electronics manufacturer headquartered in Dongguan, with more than 280,000 employees and annual revenue exceeding ¥43 billion. The company is a critical partner to Apple, responsible for assembling key products including iPhones, AirPods, the Apple Watch, and Vision Pro. It also supplies components to major tech firms like Meta, Qualcomm, and NVIDIA. With an extensive manufacturing network across China, Vietnam, India, and Europe, Luxshare plays a significant role in the global electronics supply chain.
RansomHouse accuses Luxshare’s IT department of deliberately concealing the breach and warns that further leaks may follow if the company continues to ignore the attackers’ demands. The group has not specified a ransom amount or deadline.
The leaked materials reportedly include:
- 3D engineering models in STEP, PRT, and CAD formats
- High-precision mechanical drawings
- Electrical and PCB layout schematics
- Printed circuit board design data and manufacturing files
- Internal component libraries and Gerber files
CyberInsider did not attempt to download and evaluate the leaked data for its authenticity.
Instead, we have reached out to both Luxshare and Apple for comment on the alleged breach, but neither company has issued a public statement or responded to our inquiries at the time of writing.
In the absence of an official confirmation, the authenticity and scope of the leaked files remain unverified. However, RansomHouse has a history of targeting high-value enterprises and leaking genuine data, which lends weight to their claims in this instance.
