Update January 30, 2026: Perfect Privacy appears to have shut down
As of January 30, 2026, it appears Perfect Privacy has completely shut down.
The website is no longer loading at all and the last time they posted on social media was March 2025.
Our most recent email to Perfect Privacy was undeliverable, confirming suspicion that they have shut the website down entirely.

Update January 10, 2026: Perfect Privacy is no longer recommended
We have seen numerous comments from our readers pointing out ongoing issues with Perfect Privacy. These issues include servers being offline, as well as the website and forums being offline, and a general lack of support.
We have reached out to Perfect Privacy for comment, but our emails have gone unanswered. What was once a great VPN appears to be barely operational in 2026.
As of January 10th, 2026, only 6 servers remain operational:
- Duesseldorf1
- Hongkong1
- London2
- MexicoCity1
- Paris1
- Tokyo1
Unfortunately, it seems this VPN is on its final leg, and we can no longer recommend it.

Really sloppy work Alex. You either haven’t checked or worse, you’re paid to promote a dead service.
Also true, the VPN client in your review is years out of date.
PP’s website has barely been functional and their active server count down to six for the last two months. Their support forum is no longer monitored, the one PP guy who was active there – Christian – left the company in November. You’ve been “looking into the situation” since September but missed all of this in your review from January 2026.
Hi Ralph, I have sent emails to the company trying to figure out what’s going on. It’s been radio silence and I fear the company may no longer be operational. I added an update to the top of this review with that information a week ago. I will update this review today with more info about the servers. I can assure you I have not been “paid to promote a dead service” – I was giving them the benefit of the doubt, hoping things would stabilize, but it’s time to face the music.
Looks like today Tokyo server died. I tried all others listed above at no avail. I really liked this VPN provider, had them probably for 10 years. What a shame!
A shame indeed. I remember first testing it out in 2015 and I loved it.
Have had issues the past month, Services stopped.
More servers started to show maintenance and only a handful of servers are active.
Support ticketing & forum pages show – about:blank when clicked on.
Emails support is unanswered
Renewed in December for one year but seems like I need to request a refund or use PayPal to get the money back
Please review your write up or replace it with an update for all readers about Perfect Privacy.
Please also provide alternative provider that comes close to them
Hi Jamie, thanks for the info. I’ve added an update to the top of the review describing the ongoing issues. We’re looking into the situation more and have reached out to Perfect Privacy for comment — but have not yet heard back. For alternatives, check out here:

PP has been down all December, no website conenction, application unable to authernticate new logon (established still connects to some servers from old auth ).
it’s a same, been with them years, and also paid for 2 yrs advance…
RIP Perfect-Privacy.❤️😢❤️
Dude, their website’s been down for days, can’t even establish a VPN connection, and you’re still promoting them!
We’re looking into this now and will adjust recommendations accordingly.
I really enjoyed the SSH client of PP. Since PP is gone, can someone recommend an other provider offering a such possibility?
PP is not gone. They had an issue with the domain yesterday and the servers, but everything is back up and running today.
Warrant Canraty was not updated for 2+ months.

PP is down, not one server is working anymore! And i already paid for the whole year. WTH?
Perfect Privacy has been going downhill for years. Now, it’s impossible to connect to any server, and even the website is down. RIP!
Wow. We’re looking into this now.
I think its oever
Same situation again. Impossible to establish a VPN connection. Check their forum.
Be aware that the PP IKEv2 profiles are not working (for me at least) on iPhone 16e iOS 18.5. YMMV.
Online support at PP currently woefully poor. I will be leaving PP if no response in next few days.
When it works the service is good, but be sure the regions they cover meet your needs, and take a 1-month plan until you know it works for you. This may save a costly mistake (as I appear to have made).
Have used this since 2017, but I don’t think I’ll be renewing this year. Lots of servers have been down or slow in the past half year. People asking about it on the forum aren’t really getting any helpful responses. I appreciate they’re a small company, but you’re paying premium prices for their service.
12+ hours ago I registered on PP site to buy VPN.
I created an order that was paid, but for some unknown reason my account was not activated.
At the time I write this letter, the transaction already has 95!!! confirmations.
I created a ticket for support #44,951 , also 12+ hours ago, during which time they did not answer me a single word!
I sent them email to info@perfect-privacy.com. No answer.
I sent feedback through website form. No answer.
After this, I do not want to use PP service.
This is unacceptable behavior.
I hope they at least pay you some decent commissions, because the users you’ve sent their way aren’t getting anything.
USA servers decreasing without notice, like Dallas disappeared. MAINTENANCE on north american servers lasts for months!!! canada has ONE server in French Montreal, which skews results for French AND Canada being mostly English suffers!!!
Now you don’t update review. Just change dates every month. So bullshit.
Perfect Privacy only having servers in 21 countries now for last 2 months at least but your review released on 4 Jan 2025 mentions 26.
Hi, thanks for your feedback. The team is currently updating VPN reviews for 2025 and missed the server count, but it’s updated now.
